Terms and conditions

Sixhill Studio is part of Maxim Winkelaar Architects B.V. The General Terms and Conditions are provided by Sixhill Studio x Maxim Winkelaar Architects B.V. as an attachment to the agreement with clients.

For commercial clients, we apply the DNR 2011 (The New Rules 2011). These establish the general terms and conditions for consultants and clients. For more information regarding the DNR 2011, please refer to the website of the Royal Institute of Dutch Architects (BNA) at www.bna.nl/dnr/2011.

For private clients, we apply the Consumer Regulations CR 2013. These regulations contain the general terms and conditions for consumer-architect relationships and define the mutual rights and obligations of both the client and the architect. For more information regarding the CR 2013, please refer to the website of the Royal Institute of Dutch Architects (BNA) at www.bna.nl/documenten/consumentenregeling-2013.

Mr. Maxim Winkelaar (MSc, BEng) is fully authorized and qualified to practice the profession of architect and to carry the title of Architect. Architect Maxim Winkelaar is registered with the Dutch Architects Register (Bureau Architectenregister). Designs created by Maxim Winkelaar Architects B.V. remain the intellectual property of the firm unless otherwise agreed upon.
